"When will my order be posted out ?"
We process and ship orders every day .
This means that in most cases your order will be sent within 24 hours from when you place it.
You'll get an email to let you know when it's been sent.
If the product you've ordered is out of stock you will receive an email advising you of the expected delay. You can choose then whether to wait or cancel and receive a refund.
"How long are the products guaranteed for?"
All our products are warranted for a period of 3 months.
"How much does delivery cost?"
Free postage for replacement styli and belts within Australia.
Postage for overseas and for cartridges, vinyl record accessories is calculated by postcode at checkout.
"How long will delivery take?"
Allow 4 - 5 days for most places within Australia. If you are in a hurry Express Post is overnight.
" What if I've made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing?"
Easy fixed. Send us an email or give us a call and we'll help you return it and get the item you need.
"Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the product?"
Yes, of course. We only ask that the product be returned in original condition in original packaging.
"What do I do if the goods received are not what I ordered or have been damaged in transit?"
Simply notify us via e-mail and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
"How secure is the shopping cart?"
This site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology encrypts the information sent from your computer to our server so that nobody can decode it, intercept it or read it. So that you are aware that a site is secure, look for the padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window when you are submitting your order on the Secure Order page. This tells you that any information you may send is secure.
"Will my details be kept secure and confidential?"
Absolutely. None of your personal details will be passed on to 3rd parties.
